For day to day use and troubleshooting users from any company refer to a knowledgebase for their products be it for IT or any other product. hey are usually created in turn for actions that are “trivial” for instance I haven’t got internet access ? (and the work offline has been ticked in IE) or how do I add an attachment to an email in outlook?
Some users who aren’t IT literate struggle with the most basic functions simply because they don’t use them every day or are scared they might brake something, something in which I used to do a lot! (and still do on occasions) so Knowledgebase sites like the ones Im going to suggest can help any user with simple guides so to save you writing them. If there are any more suggestions Id be happy to know and I will add them to my lists.
